個人簡介

研究領域為圖機器學習與數據挖掘、多智能體與社會演化。代表性成果包括:1)揭示了社群中信息傳播影響力的局部性規律,提出了基于社群分治的影響最大化挖掘方法,解決了挖掘算法的可擴展性難題,極大加速了(Significant speedups)算法性能2)在國際上較早開展基于深度學習理論的網絡交通流演變模式表征研究,提出了基于深度信念網絡的網絡交通流預測方法,解決了大規模路網交通流協同預測的難題,被評價為開創性工作(A pioneering work3)提出的動态網絡嵌入表示學習方法,解決了大規模圖嵌入的動态性表征難題,被評價為著名工作(Notable work。部分成果已應用于國家高速公路網應急指揮調度系統和阿裡巴巴電商平台,産生了顯著的經濟和社會效益。

在國際重要期刊和會議發表論文130餘篇(包含CCFA/B論文80餘篇),獲最佳論文提名獎和最佳論文獎2項。承擔科研項目30+項,包括國家重點研發計劃、國家科技支撐計劃、國家高技術研究發展計劃、國家自然基金等國家課題,以及與阿裡巴巴、華為等知名企業合作課題。擔任北大-阿裡媽媽人工智能創新聯合實驗室聯合實驗室主任。
